Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All items are made to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may increase during high demand periods or around major events.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping United States

  • Flat rate shipping is applied at checkout

  • Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3 to 7 business days

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout or applied as a flat rate depending on destination

  • Estimated delivery time is 10 to 21 business days after shipment

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local carrier delays

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties taxes or import fees required by their country.

Tracking

​Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Made to Order Items

All merchandise is printed on demand specifically for each customer. For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer preference.

Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged misprinted or defective we will replace it at no additional cost.

 

To request a replacement please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

 

Approved replacements will be reprinted and shipped as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located please contact the carrier directly. If an order is confirmed lost in transit we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started. If you need to update an order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
